We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. You may not have to be a member to participate in certain parts of the Website but you must meet the designated minimum age requirements for the specific matter.

Bayside College can at any time:

1. modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of it) with or without notice to you and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
